The obverse features a combination of teachers and labor production, in dark brown and light purple; the reverse features the national emblem, chrysanthemums, in dark brown and light green, commonly known as the "Green Back" or "Green Back Corner." Due to the similarity in color and layout of the reverse to the same set of two-jiao banknotes, it was easily confused during transactions, so it was withdrawn early. This banknote was issued on January 10, 1966. From December 15, 1967, it was only accepted and not issued. The year of printing is "1962." Following the order of issuance, there are two types: one with a solid five-pointed star watermark with three Roman numerals on the obverse and the other with a watermark without a watermark.
