What is a Dihua silver coin minted at the Mint, weighing one tael?

The obverse of the Dihua Silver Dollar Mint's one-tael silver coin features a circular bead with the Chinese characters "壹两" (One Tael) vertically inscribed inside. To the right of the Chinese characters is the Uyghur word "Kumush" (silver), and to the right of that is the Uyghur word "Yarchin" (money). At the top of the outer edge of the bead are the six Chinese characters indicating the mint's location, "Dihua Silver Dollar Mint Mint," in a counter-clockwise direction. Below are the six Chinese characters indicating the Republic of China year, either "Republic of China Year 6" or "Republic of China Year 7." There is a five-petaled flower design on each side. The north side of the Dihua Silver Dollar Mint's one-tael silver coin also features a circular bead with the Uyghur inscription "Bir Sar, Urumqi" (One Tael, Urumqi) from top to bottom. On the outer edge of the bead are two ears of wheat with leaves, intersecting at the bottom with a five-petaled flower design, and possibly a small plum blossom design at the top.
